Chang’an University Innovation Scholarship 2025 – Applications are now open for the Chang’an University Innovation Scholarship Program. Interested persons should check below for how to apply and the requirements.

The Chang’an University Innovation Scholarship provides financial support for international students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Chang’an University. It covers full tuition fees and provides a one-time living allowance of ¥15,000. However, accommodation expenses funding must be by the applicant.

Requirements for Chang’an University Innovation Scholarship

Open to international students (all non-Chinese nationals)
Applicants aged 18-25 in good health
Must hold a valid foreign passport
High school diploma holders
Must have at least 5.5 IELTS or 68 TOEFL
Must comply with Chinese laws and university regulations

Selection Process

Selection is based on a review of application materials and interviews
The university assesses academic background and personal qualifications
Successful candidates will receive an Admission Notice and Visa Application Form (JW202) for visa processing

Copy of valid ordinary passport
If the applicant is in China, a copy of a valid residence permit is also a requirement.

Original and notarized copy of the high school diploma
The notarization in Chinese or English should be attached if your files are in other languages. Graduating students are supposed to provide a pre-graduation certificate.
Original copy of transcripts of all courses in high school

The proof of English proficiency
It includes IELTS, TOFEL, TOEIC and other recognized test. And it can be waived if the lingua franca in your country is English.

How to Apply

Please visit CAU application system (www.admission.chd.edu.cn) to fill in the application form and upload the scan copies of all files, and wait for the preliminary review.
After the preliminary review, please pay the 400?application fee online. (non-refundable)
