Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Executive at Fidelity Bank Plc in Ikeja.
• The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting banking products and services, and achieving sales targets.
• The role will involve conducting sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Requirement Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Sales and Finance knowledge
• Understanding of Insurance products
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
