We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

Job Title: Shipment Documentation Officer (Export / Import)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Reports to: Logistics / Shipping Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Shipment Documentation Officer to join our logistics team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing all export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process export and import documentation, including:
    • Commercial invoices
    • Packing lists
    • Bills of lading
    • Airway bills
    • Certificates of origin
    • Other relevant documents
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including:
    • Customs regulations
    • Export control regulations
    • Sanctions and embargoes
    • Other relevant regulations
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including documentation and tracking information
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Identify and resolve documentation issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, laws, and company policies, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in shipment documentation, export/import operations, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of export and import regulations, including customs procedures and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Title: Sales Officer

Locations: Mushin, Ikeja, Isolo, Ikoyi, Alaba, Apapa, Orile, Egbeda, Badagry, Seme, Agbara, FESTAC, Lekki, Shomolu, Ilupeju, Yaba, Lagos Island, Lekki, Ajah, Oshodi, Ogudu, Ikorodu, Ketu, Ojuelegba, Isheri – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Financial Institution

Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced sales agents to join our team in the banking sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience driving SME sales with an understanding of sales principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years experience driving SME
  • 35 years and below
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N120,000 per month with N4,000 data allowance
  • Target: 20 SME accounts per month with an opening balance of N25,000.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Banking/Insurance

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the banking/insurance sector.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the industry and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualification Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales in the banking/insurance sector

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
