Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited Recruitment for Regional Sales Manager 2024 – Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country.

Seven-Up Bottling Company Ltd is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria, producing and distributing some of the nation’s most- loved beverages in the country like; Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, Mountain Dew, H2oH!, Lipton Ice Tea and Aquafina premium drinking water. SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: FMCG

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Support Store managers with day-to-day store operations
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate store and individual performances
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc/HND degree in sales, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Ms Office.
  • Understanding of store operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
