Requirements for University Of Laval Scholarship Program

• Must be an international student.
• Must be pursuing studies in administrative sciences at the undergraduate level.
• Must have obtained or be in the process of obtaining a diploma from a secondary institution (baccalaureate) in sub-Saharan Africa or the Maghreb.
• Must have a minimum general average of 14/20, including 14/20 or higher in mathematics.
• Must be a national of a sub-Saharan African or Maghreb country.
